Human Rights Torch Relay at the Liberty Bell - Sat., May 3, 2008

Light the torch for Human Rights. The U.S. Campaign for Burma - Philly Chapter will be at the Liberty Bell (Market & 6th Sts) on Saturday, May 3, 2008 from 12 - 4pm to take a stand against the Chinese Communist Party's human rights abuses. The HRTR group will speak out against China’s dismal human rights record including the persecution and atrocities against Falun Gong practitioners, Christians, the Uyghurs, Tibetan Buddhists, democracy advocates, human rights supporters, reporters, lawyers and dissidents.
